Bea’s Love Closet was founded in 2010 as an extension of the Ladies of Faith at Cascades Wesleyan Church in Jackson, MI.  It was named for long-time Lady of Faith Bea Oswald.  Bea had a heart for others and participated in the very early stages of planning for this clothing closet.  We know she is in Heaven, looking down with approval on how this project is shaping up.

Or maybe she’s not.  Knowing Bea, she is probably sitting right beside her beloved husband Ozzie at the feet of Jesus, praising him with all her heart.  Something tells me she would be happy with what we are doing, but is happier where she is than she has been in years!

The goal of Bea’s Love Closet is to provide clothing to the Jackson Community.  There is no reason that anyone should have to face a Jackson winter without warm clothing.  We have new and gently used clothes of all sizes, for men, women, teens, boys, girls, and infants.  Every family coming to Bea’s Love Closet will receive up to 5 outfits, one jacket, and one pair of shoes for each memebr of the family.  We do request that each person needed clothing please come in.  We reserve the right to not provide clothing to any family member who is not present.  Join us the third Saturday of the month, beginning in August.  There is no charge for the clothing.  Please just bring proof of residence in Jackson.
